As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate in-home care, helping clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Requirements: Valid driver’s license, your own vehicle, and auto insurance Experience working with Alzheimer's/Dementia seniors or individuals with memory impairments Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to different client needs. Responsibilities Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and report on clients' health status and progress. Assist with light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to clients’ dietary needs. Support clients with mobility and transfer needs using proper techniques. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided. Follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals. Foster meaningful relationships through interactive caregiving to enhance clients’ emotional well-being.
