Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
Supporting the child’s comfort, safety, and participation in daily school routines
Assisting with scheduled catheterization.
Following infection-prevention procedures
Observing and reporting changes in the child’s condition to the supervising nurse
Documenting care and communicating with the family and school staff
Following the individualized care plan and company policies
Requirements: Current CNA/CMT certification appropriate to the assignment,current CPR certification, and relevant care experience. Pediatric experience is preferred. clicninal duties, will be confirmed and provided by supervising nurse before placement with a first day on field with nurse supervisor companionship.
