Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Job Description
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily business operations in accordance with company goals and objectives. The position effectively and efficiently utilizes resources to maintain high-quality care and customer satisfaction.
Answer phones – manage voice mails/faxes/text messages
Maintains a high level of satisfaction with clients, referral sources and employees
Receive guests/interviewees.
Support the interview process each week.
Get, sort, and deliver the mail each day.
Manage outgoing greeting cards (birthday, thank you, sympathy, congratulations, etc.).
Coordinate schedules of various vendors and the routine ordering of office materials.
Assist with management of Case Management files.
Audits and updates files and records both online and hard copy
Order office supplies and equipment
Perform miscellaneous clerical projects as directed.
Comply with all State Guidelines of Services.
