Under the supervision of the Resident Care Director, the Certified Nurse Assistant provides quality care to residents which are supportive and complementary to nursing practice. Provide ADL care to residents, tailored to their needs in accordance with their Care Plan Maintain a safe, clean environment for the residents Preserve the dignity, privacy and self respect of all residents Answer call lights promptly and responds to alarms and emergencies Maintain HIPPA and confidentiality Complete documentation as required Current licensure in good standing as a CNA required High School Diploma or GED required Effective problem-solving skills; able to multi-task
