The Nursing Assistant works under the direction of the Staff Nurse and is responsible for providing personal care assistance to our residents. This includes assisting with resident's meals, transferring them using appropriate assistive devices, bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming. Additional responsibilities include interacting with residents and families on a daily basis and using customer service skills to ensure that residents have an exceptional experience in The Boston Home community.
We are conveniently located near Ashmont T station.
Must have current Massachusetts Nurse Aide certification or be eligible for state exam.
