DUTIES
Provide skilled nursing care under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse.
Perform selected skilled actions in the provision of curative care, rehabilitative, palliative, or preventative care.
Is responsible and accountable for making decisions that are based on the individual's nursing experience and educational preparation.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have the ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing in English is required.
Must have the ability to perform all activities with a successful physical assessment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
Must be licensed in the state of Massachusetts.
1+ years in home health agency or hospital setting.
Must have CPR certification and be open to a background check.
