We are looking for someone passionate about providing exceptional in-home care to seniors while helping us build and lead a team of dedicated caregivers. About the Role: As a CNA with Home Matters Caregiving, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients and our care team. You’ll work closely with management and the business owner to help shape our caregiving culture, ensuring the highest quality of care and professionalism. Responsibilities: Provide compassionate, high-quality in-home care to senior clients. Travel to client homes to provide care. Demonstrate strong knowledge of home care procedures, policies, and client relations. Assist in training, mentoring, and supporting new caregiving staff. Collaborate with management to maintain excellent care standards. Take initiative in problem-solving and care coordination. Maintain punctuality, reliability, and professionalism at all times. Must have reliable transportation and car insurance. Qualifications: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – active certification required. Previous experience in home care or senior care is a must. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong leadership skills and the ability to train and motivate others.
