CNA Job Description Logan Manor Community Health Service consists of a 36-bed skilled nursing facility and 14-bed Assisted Living. We are looking to employ a qualified and professional Certified Nurse Aide to provide direct patient care to our residents. The successful candidate should be able to work closely with all levels of health care professionals.
