Staff Nurse Job Description Logan Manor Community Health Service consists of a 36-bed skilled nursing facility and 14-bed Assisted Living. We are looking to employ a qualified and professional staff nurse to provide direct primary care within our organization. The staff nurse will be responsible for patient assessment, monitoring, medication administration, accurate and precise documentation, and providing high-quality patient care. You should possess a nurturing and kind personality and display excellent communication skills with all role players. The successful candidate should be able to work closely with all levels of health care professionals.
