Visiting Angels of Largo is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional in-home care to our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being. You will assist clients with daily living activities, foster meaningful relationships, and help them maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes. Compensation & Benefits This is a part-time hourly position with competitive pay and benefits package to include: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K. Responsibilities • Provide compassionate and professional assistance with a variety of non-medical activities and tasks to clients in their own homes, including bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, medication reminders, and emotional support. • Track all daily visits in completion of accurate and thorough documentation and provide feedback to Visiting Angels management for each case. • Provide social engagement. • Reliable, responsible, and dependable in client visits as scheduled. Requirements CNA license required • High School Diploma/GED • CPR in person or online certification • Minimum of one year of experience providing care to clients within home health care or in-home care setting • Must be able to lift to fifty pounds • Demonstrated ability to work professionally and compassionately with elderly clients • Ability to pass a criminal background check • Valid driver’s license and reliable method of transportation • Quick problem-solving abilities and excellent organizational skills • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
