We are seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team! You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide high quality patient care. We are a 60 bed Nursing Care Facility. We have a excellent benefits and flexible scheduling to accommodate work life balance. Our CNA care ratios are only 5-7 residents per CNA assignment. We require teamwork and a friendly smile. We currently have openings for Full-time or Part-time on Days (7-3) Evenings (3-11) and Overnights (11-7).
Responsibilities:
Provide patient care under direction of Resident Care Supervisor and nursing staff
Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment, per COVID precautions
Assist in the transport of patients
Provide companionship and basic care to patients
Maintain a clean and healthy environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with patients, families and coworkers
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Familiarity with medical terminology
Ability to work well in teams
