Heritage Gardens of Springville Assisted Living is a new assisted living facility in the Springville, Utah, area that is a leader in providing exceptional care in a home-like environment to our residents 24/7. We are looking for enthusiastic, empathetic Certified Nursing Assistants and Med Techs to join our team as we grow. What we expect of our CNAs: At least 16 years of age. Have a good moral character. Be friendly and loving to our residents as though they are your own family. Good customer service and communication skills. Able to lift at least 50 pounds. Assisting residents with all ADL's (activities of daily living) such as bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, incontinence care, medication management. Take vital signs as indicated by resident’s service plan. Proficient writing skills to document all duties completed and how the resident’s condition is. At least 1 Year experience preferred but not required. To meet state requirements a CNA must: Have CNA certificate within 4 months of hire date. Have Food Handlers Permit within 2 weeks of hire date. Have First Aide/CPR within 2 weeks of hire date. Be able to pass a criminal background check. We have learning programs available to long-term employees. Mainly looking for evening and night shifts are available, with full-time or part-time hours. Pay goes up to $20 an hour depending on previous experience.
