HTS (Habilitation Training Specialist) Full & Part-time Positions

Bonny Crest Choice Living is hiring for Habilitation Training Specialist (HTS) to assist and support individuals with intellectual disabilities in the comfort of their own home. We have both full and part time positions; morning, nights, overnights, and weekend available. Essential responsibilities/job duties: • Performing personal care tasks, including assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, and ambulation, medical monitoring, and health care related tasks. Fostering positive relationships between individuals served and their housemates • Assisting with toileting, including bedpans, urinals, and commode chairs • Performing home management functions such as light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, and cleaning • Ensuring client safety and maintaining a safe environment • Reminding/assisting client with self-administration of medications (with proper training) • Transporting clients or running errands for clients • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Must be at least 18 years old to apply • Valid two forms of ID • Reliable transportation • No felony background How to apply: Stop by the office to fill out an application! 700 W Forth Worth Street Broken Arrow, OK 74012
