- $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked
- $25 bonus for qualifying weekend emergency fill-in shifts

### WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 6 months of caregiving experience
- Current California HCA registration (we can help you obtain it!)
- Current TB clearance
- Fingerprint/background clearance
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
### JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Personal care and assistance with daily activities
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Companionship and engagement
- Dementia and Alzheimer's care
- Mobility assistance, transfers, and errands
