At Ease Home Health Care Inc is seeking Home Health Care Aides to become a part of our team. We provide home health care for local areas throughout the greater Los Angeles County. Our home health jobs are for individuals genuinely committed to providing compassionate care to those in need. Qualifications Of The Home Health Care Aide: - Active CHHA license - A nurse aide training and competency evaluation approved by the state and is currently in good standing. - Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given. - Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision. - Empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail, and impaired. - Possess and maintain a current CPR certification. - Active driver's license with auto insurance - Additional credentials to be obtained upon hire Responsibilities Of The Home Health Care Aide: - Providing hands-on care such as, but not limited to, Bathing assistance, Oral hygiene, and personal care. - Light housekeeping - Head-to-toe assessment - Checking vitals - Reporting any abnormalities and patient concerns. - Ambulatory assistance - Assisting with ADLs - Additional duties as needed Benefits Of The Home Health Care Aide: Per Visit: $35.00 - $40.00 per visit Flexible schedule Paid Mileage 401K
