Job Type: Part-time | Per Visit Pay Rate: • $40 per visit Supervisory visits will be conducted by an RN Service Area: Northside Chicago & Northwest Suburbs (All patients are located within the same region to minimize travel time) ⸻ Job Description: Evangel Home Health Services, Inc. is seeking a caring and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home nursing care to patients in the Northside of Chicago and Northwest Suburbs. This is a part-time, per-visit position — perfect for LPNs looking for flexibility and a manageable workload with geographically clustered patients.
