Job Type: Part-time | Per Visit Pay Rate: • $80 per Start of Care (SOC) visit • $60 per Follow-Up/Regular visit Competitive per-visit pay with localized caseload for efficiency Service Area: Chicagoland, Northside Chicago & Northwest Suburbs (All patients are located within this region for reduced drive time) ⸻ Job Description: Evangel Home Health Services, Inc. is looking for a reliable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team. This is a part-time, per-visit opportunity, perfect for RNs seeking flexibility, autonomy, and a manageable caseload.
