Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description

Higher Standard Home Care LLC is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Clinical Quality Assurance Registered Nurse to review home health clinical documentation, OASIS assessments, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will help ensure that records are accurate, complete, clinically consistent, and aligned with applicable Medicare, CMS, Florida AHCA, and agency requirements.
