Job Duties Include:
Participate in annual and semi-annual client meetings as well as annual licensing survey
Audit medication records and medication cart
Order routine prescription medications
Monitor client’s vital signs and weight for changes
Complete monthly nursing summaries
Available for on-call in person or by phone
Attend client doctor appointments
Perform other duties as assigned
Low client ratio 1:6
Must be reliable and a good communicator with excellent time management skills. Experience with Disabled Adults a plus, but not required
