LVN NEEDED

We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to work as a home visiting LVN in the Los Angeles area. You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients. The Licensed Vocational Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Responsibilities Record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, heartrate, temperature, weight, and height. Administer medications as authorized and scheduled; monitors clients for concerns relative to medication; discusses side effects with MD/NP when necessary to determine if changes should be made. Evaluate/provide/educate/maintain a safe environment for the patient. Effectively utilize resources to assist in meeting patient's needs. Contribute to providing continuous care according to the plan of care and prescribed doctor's orders. Qualifications: Experience in home health care visits is preferred. Compassionate and loves to listen to / educate patients. Proficiency in computer/ smartphone for electronic notes use. Knowledge of Data Soft Logic Software is preferred. Willing to grow with our company. Bilingual is a plus
