Position: Operations Coordinator Location: Palm Beach County Schedule: Full-time, every other weekend and holiday, on-call once per month About Us: At Gracefully at Home Caregiving, we believe in delivering compassionate, thoughtful, discreet, and clinically informed in-home care that helps older adults live fully – even in the face of life-limiting illnesses. Our dedicated team is the backbone of our operations, ensuring each client receives the highest level of support and understanding. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of client care services to ensure smooth and efficient delivery • Adhere to and carry out the Mission, Values, and Promise of the organization • Coordinate staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for weekends and holidays • Collaborate with healthcare providers to create tailored care plans for clients • Take part in patient care as needed to maintain quality and compassion • Be available for on-call support once per month to address any urgent operational needs Qualifications: • Strong organizational and time management skills • Compassionate nature, a heart for caring for the elderly • Willingness to deliver patient-centered care • Ability to pass a Level 2 background check • Pass a 10-panel drug screening • Flexibility to work every other weekend and holiday • Willingness to be on call once a month If you're looking for a fulfilling role that combines management with the opportunity to make a difference in elders’ lives, we invite you to apply.
