Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting and ambulation (Mobility)
- Medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with transferring and positioning patients
- Provide companionship to patients
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records
- Light housekeeping

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
