Home Health Agency hiring RN - Part Time/Full TIme

We are seeking a Registered Nurse - Home Health to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients in a home health setup. Please note that our rates are per visit/case basis. Responsibilities: • Providing nurse visits to home health patients. (In-Home Visits) • Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients by completing an initial assessment of patient and family to determine home care needs • Providing a complete physical assessment and history of current and previous illness(es) by maintaining accurate patient medical records • Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans • Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior • Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention • Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members Qualifications: • Previous experience in nursing or home health • Ability to build understanding with patients • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Requirements: • Professional License • Updated CV/Resume with Experience • Driver's License • Auto Insurance • Valid CPR or BLS Certification • Physical Exam • Valid TB/PPD Test or Valid (3 years) Chest X-ray • Covid Vaccine record ***including booster • Influenza Vaccine (or Declination) • Reference Check • Photo (for issuance of company ID)
