Care Finders Total Care LLC, a Modivcare Home care company in NJ is looking for an RN to manage a caseload for our QA 30 day Patient Satisfactory surveys via telephone to assess their physical and psychosocial needs while keeping any nursing notes within our internal database.
Position Summary:
Manage inbound and outbound calls QA 30 day patient satisfactory surveys following up with members’ certified health conditions, current nursing care and program coverage.
Pay:
$39-$42/Hourly based on experience
Schedule:
Per Diem
This is a Remote position
Position Requirements:
- Current RN NJ License
- One-year professional experience as a RN in the United States
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in Home Care Nursing Preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) Required
