Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description
Providing routine nursing care
Providing assistance with activities of daily living
Providing assistance with medical care
Providing counseling and support
Coordinating with a patient's full medical team to implement and evaluate a comprehensive plan of care
Performing vital sign checks, intravenous therapy, enteral tube feedings, wound care, respiratory therapy and/or administering medications
Assessing program quality, program growth and development, and service excellence
Providing emotional support for patients and their loved ones
Educating patients and their families about their conditions
