Some of the nurses here are rude, especially in how they talk to patients and visitors. Most treat this place like they're at a family reunion or a cookout, sometimes neglecting patients because they're low staff or half of the staff aren't working. I also wouldn't trust any of the men working there; they seem predatory, and the women seem like they would look the other way.

My wife stayed there three weeks. I spent a lot of time visiting the facility and meeting a lot of the nurses and staff workers.Even the directors.I read a lot of views of this place. This is what I seen. The nurses at room 410 were all excellent. They gave my wife her meds like clock work. All of the alarms for help all worked. Two were in the bathroom. One at toilet and one in the the shower with a shower seat. One on bed..If they tried to get off the bed it went off. And one on wall about the beds.If the alarm tripped they were there. Also they have alarms on all the outside doors to every hall. I heard the alarm go off and every nurse and staff member immediately went to the emergency doors to check that patients aren't leaving. The emergency doors lock from the outside so no one can get in. And that's the way there should be. They have good food with flavor and get fed many meals a day..And snacks. Activities were great. I joined in myself and won bingo twice but gave my prices to the patients. A lot of the patients can go outside at the front door. They monitor who's out there. It's all covered from the sun and rain. They give them lemonade and keep there cups full. They also have a snack bar of sodas and candy bars..Also fresh brewed coffee. Like I said I just didn't see anything wrong..But I did see some patients not visited by there families..That was the sad part. I made a lot of friends in this places. We need to visit them more often. And they have preaching and devotional speakers come in. I hope they choose them wisely because I believe Jesus is the only way to heaven and is the savior.

This is a terrible facility. My aunt complained of blood in her urine, back pain, and other UTI symptoms, and they didn’t even try to give her any antibiotics for 2 weeks. She stopped returning family phone calls so my mom went to check on her and found her barely conscious, nearly falling out of her wheelchair, muttering about what she did at work that morning when she hadn’t worked in over a decade. Needless to say we had her rushed to the ER where she ended up in the ICU nearly dead in septic shock from an untreated UTI for two weeks. Also my mother noticed she had a medicine cup in her bed with two pills in it. She was too out of it to take any meds she was given, but did they do anything? No. My mother called before she went and spoke with her “nurse” Christie who told her “oh she’s fine” just before my mom arrived and found her in that state. So, nurse Christie thinks half dead rotting in septic shock is “fine”. Beware if that joke of a provider is your loved one’s nurse. This isn’t over…thankfully she appears like she’ll survive the neglect of this facility.

I’ve got a resident here that’s been to other facilities and this one is by far the best. I’ve never had a bad experience, feels like a 3 star hotel.
