My sister is a resident at Pruitt health facility on Millageville Road. I have been pleased with the care that she has received and the cleanliness of the facility. They have been very prompt in addressing any kind of situation that she has had at the facility. I am happy to recommend the facility and the one that I am particularly talking about and had dealings with is the one that’s on Millageville Road in Augusta. I’ve had positive interactions from Miss Terri Snelling, the social worker/case manager and staff at that facility. I feel they have gone above and beyond to render any aid that I may need concerning my sister and they have also been very patient. She’s been receiving physical therapy and she is doing a lot better. She has turned the corner as far as going over to the more positive end of her recovery I want to give them high marks for their professionalism and all that’s involved and everyone that’s involved with helping to take care of my sister. Thank you

The physical appearance of the nursing home has noticeably improved. The building was recently painted, giving it a fresh and well-maintained look. Additionally, the landscaping has been beautifully updated and is now well-kept, enhancing the overall curb appeal of the facility.

I rated PruittHealth four stars because of the staff. The medical team(Nurses, Patient Techs, CNAs, Doctor) Custodian, and the Admin Staff has been great with my love one. They have shown that they care about the Residents at the facility. My only wish is that the facility be renovated to more modern standards to assist with the needs of the Residents and helpful to the Staff.
