My mom has been at BG Manor for a couple of years as a permanent resident. The staff at BG Manor have been so wonderful to work with and we have always felt like her needs were met with the utmost care. We are always welcomed in as visitors and anytime we call with any concerns about her status, they always answer and find the answers we are looking for. Being out of state and caring from a distance is hard for us, but we have felt reassured time and time again that my mom is cared for well. Thank you to the staff, and especially Jill, for caring so well.

I was a patient, recovering from surgery performed in Toledo. My transfer was an dramatic improvement. The staff (in every category) is incredible. I could rave on and on about the nurses, aides, therapists, and house keeping. I don't think there is a better facility in NW Ohio. Thank you, BG Manor.

I cannot be more complimentary of my experience with this warm and welcoming facility. The Administrator Brandon answered the phone when I called before 8:30am one morning recently and had already read my request online the prior evening to transfer my dad to BG Manor. I was so impressed. He literally jumped through hoops to have my dad transitioned in record time as I was genuinely concerned about his well being where he had been 2+ weeks. Now that dad’s a resident, the level of communication continues to be stellar. Every person I’ve dealt with has been gracious, caring and thorough. They are passionate about what they do and skilled. They work as a team to organize best care for your family member so that they progress, not just occupy a room. In less than a week in, I am confident this is exactly where dad needs to be. He’s not always the most compliant patient, but I know they will initiate best plan to move him forward including speech therapy PT and OT. I have received at least one call a day from his nurse updating me with every detail. Lastly, I thanked Brandon in an email once I knew they accepted dad, his response was “THANK YOU for trusting us to care for your father.” At Bowling Green Manor, they focus on your loved one providing the best “home” possible. This is where your loved one will get the best care. Melani Heisler

These people are a joke, they are holding my father prisoner! They will not let him speak with anyone on the phone they will not let him go anywhere they placed an ankle monitor on him Etc. This is America! He is not an item nor a piece of property that can be stored locked up and sold when the opportunity presents itself. These people are on the wrong end of the fine line of criminality. By the way negative one star but it's making me at least press one star

My stay at Bowling Green Manor was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The physical therapy staff got my strength back quickly so I was home quicker. The food was good also. Director Brooke Harrison and all of her staff are top notch. I give the Manor 5 stars. Thanks to them all! Gloria Buchman
