I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care provided by Sonia, Sandy, and the entire staff at Imboden. They are personable, attentive, and genuinely compassionate, which gives me complete peace of mind about my mom’s well-being. The team has done a remarkable job in helping my mom adjust to her new surroundings, ensuring she feels comfortable and safe. Their dedication and kindness have made a significant difference in our lives. Thank you, Team Imboden, for your outstanding care and support!
My sister Cheryl and I, Dan Walker, toured here about 3 weeks ago with Sonia, the director. She was extremely welcoming and informative and introduced us to some staff members including the director of nursing and her assistant. We were very impressed by everything we saw and everyone we met. Everything seemed extremely clean and absolutely no unpleasant odors. Today we moved our mother in and, once again, Sonia and her staff were extremely helpful and beyond courteous. Among the staff we met were Danielle and Crystal who seemed eager to help and very knowledgeable. They relieved some concerns we had before we even asked. Everything and everyone we saw reflected well on Sonia's leadership. We are now content to have our mother, Imogene Walker, there as a resident.
Update: When I left my original review, this facility was top notch. It has been 10 months and the decline was fast. The turnover rate is insane. The administrator we loved disappeared with no warning and there was no administrator for months. The little staff that remains that we are familiar with is still kind and caring and doing their best but they are severely understaffed and we are finding clear signs of neglect. We are unsure of what exactly is happening in this facility over the past few months. Trying hard to find a solution. May of 2024: I am really appreciative of the care Imboden creek is giving my grandma. They're kind and attentive, the facility is clean and comfortable, and everything is individualized and personal. The administrator has been SO incredibly helpful and has gone above and beyond to help us get everything in order.
Getting out is very taxing on my mother and she had a doctor’s appointment today. Paddy and Jordan helped to transport her in the van. They were both very patient, friendly and caring. They ensured that everything was set up beforehand so that there would be no hiccups. I am so grateful for the extra effort and compassion that they showed my mother to ensure that she was safe and everything went smoothly.
My Mom is enjoying her stay here. Place is very clean an updated and staff is friendly and very caring to Mom. Mom want to give a shout out to Michelle in activities for always giving her fresh water, Jordan for taking her to a doctor visit, Neil and Jackie in therapy and CNA Bobby. Mom has been to other Nursing Homes that standards are not nearly as high as this one. Keep up the good work!
