I give 3 stars because it is in the middle or in a neutral position. My experience was brief. I went to inquire about having my mother as a patient/resident. Although I couldn’t at the time, They were very kind and explained things in an understanding way and encouraged me to not give up and to check back with them. I don’t know anything about their programs and such but from what brief moment I spent there I would recommend them.

My dad recently stayed at Mt. Zion Health and Rehab after a six week hospital stay. I was extremely anxious because you never know what you will get, but I cannot say enough positive things about the staff at this facility - they are very special people who do amazing work. He had wonderful care throughout his stay and made great progress in the two and a half weeks while he was with them. The nurses and aides were on top of things and attentive, PT definitely worked their magic, Michelle in transportation took him to an appointment the first week of his stay and took excellent care of him, and Jennifer seamlessly took care of setting everything up for him to go home with temporary assistance. We appreciate you all!

I am satisfied with the service my brother Rodney has received at the Mt.Zion Health & Rehab Center. Special thanks to the past Social Worker Emily who kept me updated with everything that was going on with my brother. A big shout out to all of the entire nursing staff who meets his daily needs, and the transportation staff who has transported him to his appointments. I can't say enough how much I appreciate everything you all have done & doing now for my brother and I. Whenever I made a request or expressed my concerns the staff was in compliance with me & they followed through with it. May God Bless You All 🥰🙌🏽
