I had the wonderful privilege of meeting all of the staff when my mom was there a few times. They took such good care of my mom.I was there different times a day and she was always being seen to.They also feed them well,a good variety and the portions were large.She passed while she was the there.They always keep me informed as to what was going on.I am 72 and when I get to where I cant take care of myself , that's where I am going.
My Grandma would come here when she would have falling spells on and off and would stay here so that she could be watched 24/7 to prevent falling while she was undergoing physical therapy to be strong enough to go back home. Needless to say, my Grandma fell on their watch and hit her head. She had a big dark purple knot on her forehead/eye about half the size of her head. Unfortunately, my Grandma died about a month later due to a brain bleed, from the fall, at Vista, where she was staying to prevent her from falling. I would recommend finding another option for your loved one if you ever want them to come home again.
This team is great. Leadership from the top. Stacey does a great job. There's always something happening because the activities team never has a dull moment! Very pretty nursing facility with a great team!
Just got my grams out of this place and was told she was slapped by one of the staff members there and she was to afraid to say anything to anyone because she would've been hurt again. Oh, and they didn't send any discharge paperwork home or current med list so now we are going to run out of her meds before we can get this mess straight. Another staff member also left marks on her every time she touched her. Her nails were too long.
I am so blessed to have found this place. My mom can’t take care of herself but I have no worries, she is in capable hands. They keep me updated on her and anything that affects her. Big thanks to the wonderful staff!
