Alesha is the best when it comes to admission. She responded quickly and talked me through the admission paperwork. She’s very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I gave 4 stars because they hardy ever answer the facility phone. ( which could be a good thing because that means they taking care of patients) :)
I gave 4 stars because the food is usually disgusting. Mama says they've forgotten to feed her at times, but she has dementia so i can't rely on that. I have 2 family members in this facility and they both complain about the food.
I highly recommend this place to anyone who is serious about recovery and looking for a supportive, professional environment to heal. The admission director Alesha was great throughout the entire admission process and after. She was always prompt to respond to any question that I had.
This facility's staff has impressed me, profoundly. I have yet to happen upon a situation that would cause me to be concerned in any manner and I visit my uncle daily. He, Mr. Kenneth Holland, has adapted very well and is tremendously satisfied with the care and assistance provided by your staff!
So grateful to all the staff that assisted in my brothers recovery. Always was greeted with such kindness and love. We know that sometimes patients give staff a hard time, and you they prevail with so much patience and caring. A Big thanks to all workers at Pruitt. You are the best. You surpass all of your challenges on a daily and sometimes stressful situations. A Big Hug. Eloise 💞
