I want to write this review to brag on the staff I had the pleasure of working with today. I am a Hospice Nurse and was seeing a patient and let me tell you they are so lucky to have Natasha as a Nurse! She was extremely knowledgeable about the patient I was seeing that was declining rapidly. She knew everything I needed answers to without having to look it up bc that’s how much she knows and cares about the residents! She’s has the kindest soul and you can tell she has the care and compassion that these patients need towards the end of their life! Working in a facility is hard work but she does it with grace! I had a lot of charting to do and she went above and beyond to get me a chair to sit in. I know that seems like a small gesture but it’s the little things that matter most & for her to just do that was so incredibly kind. We need more Natasha’s in this industry for sure! Also the sweet girl at the desk, I didn’t catch her name but she was so helpful in looking up stuff I needed to know and giving me information before I even asked for it! Remarkable in my opinion!

I am guardian of my aunt. When I visit everyone goes out of their way to be friendly. My aunt has a lot of good food. She is clean and looks well cared for. I receive calls when she has a problem. She seems content. I have no complaints After 3 years. The staff has a hard job. Lana Collins

My dad was a resident there I believe from 2016 until his death in 2018. He was very vocal about how he felt about anything and would often cuss at staff members and residents. He often expressed that the people there weren’t right. Before he passed away, I went by for a visit. He was in his room in bed, but seemed out of it. I asked him if he was ok. He said no. He said that a staff member threw him out of his bed and he couldn’t walk anymore. He could only walk a little from his bed to the bathroom before. I confronted the front desk. Of course they said it didn’t happen and that the person in question who allegedly did it wasn’t there any more. They said my dad was talking out of his head. One thing about it, he knew what he was talking about and wouldn’t have made it up so I believe it happened. I asked them why I wasn’t told. I got no real answer. I believe the next week he was sent to the hospital. He had awful bed sores. I regret I didn’t take pictures. They talked him into signing papers to talk to some so called psychiatric doctor who put him on strong medication to keep him calm. This was done without my consent (I had POA). He was doing pretty good before this. He was never the same after they started these medications. His health went down rapidly. The last time I saw him, he wasn’t eating or drinking, but he made an effort to eat and drink for me. Mind you, I never received a phone call to let me know he was sick. The one phone call I got the day before he died was to say they didn’t think he was going to make it. The next day (8/22/18) he died all alone with no family there. I tried my best to make it to him but it was too late. I take comfort in knowing that JESUS was there with him. The lady in charge never offered her condolences. A couple of staff members expressed their sympathy.

My Mother was a Resident here yes the LPN's and some of the CNA's were nice to my Mom . Mother got good physical therapy while she was there and any problems she had the day time DON took care of the issue. After my Mom came home is when I saw how red she was from not being bathe good . Her back end was very red and sore there is no excuse for this what so ever.

They didn't take very good care of my mother. They wouldn't change here whenever needed she was always thirsty. They neglected her so much that it cost her, her life we lost our dear mother on 9-6-2018.
