Jeny Martin and the Leadership Team at Cypress; Just a quick note to thank you all so much for your help with moving Mom into assisted living. We’ve been incredibly impressed by everyone’s grace, kindness, and helpful attitude throughout the process. The care team’s attention to detail and the smooth coordination during her rehab and transition were truly impressive. It gave us great comfort knowing she was in such capable and compassionate hands. Also, as a retired engineer with a background in construction, just wanted to say—you’re doing a great job managing the challenges that come with ongoing construction. It’s clear that the team is thoughtfully planning each phase with care, keeping residents’ daily routines and comfort in mind. We know how disruptive construction can feel to folks, especially in a residential setting. It’s messy, it’s noisy, and it can be unsettling. But, we can tell that both the maintenance and leadership teams are working hard to minimize those impacts and keep everything running smoothly. The end result will be well worth it, and we're confident the improvements will be a wonderful benefit to the Cypress community. Keep up the great work!
Wonderful place. Super nice staff. very happy with care that my father in law has received. Was referred by my friend at home instead who told me this was "THE best community in eastern NC". She was right so far.
Great place to live. The staff are all about customer service and the community is welcoming! The marketing department does everything possible to make your move-in experience smooth. There are a variety of activities from entertainment to wellness.
such a wonderful place. My father in law lives here and with the help of Home Instead this has become home for him. Cypress Glen has a waiting list and there is a reason. It's a nice home for elderly folks.
We are moving from Kentucky to Cypress Glen and found from our very first visit that we easily fit in. Jeny Martin was warm, caring and very informative making us feel right at home. We decided to be placed on the waiting list and 18 months later we received the call that our choice floor plan was available. Jeny has been remarkable in aiding us to make upgrade choices as well as coordinating and receiving deliveries of furniture. We could not have done this without her. In addition she made arrangements for us to have dinner with couples on our two visits which made us feel like we already have friends in the community.
