My mother in law has been here for a week and a half and the positive interactions, constant check in and care by staff has been with kind bedside manner and professionalism. We are here with her all day every day and have witnessed every shift with positive kudos being sent . Instead of just doing things, they explain what they are doing before hand, reassure her during and help her along through her day. Her room and the whole place is clean. Meals have a variety of options to chose from. All staff work together and are always helpful. Looking forward to continued progress to get her back to baseline and back to her normal place of living. The PT person has a way of getting her to do as much as she can to get her back on her feet!! Thank you staff and that is all staff as it takes a united team!
My mother is under rehab there currently. But, the staffing is terrible that I can say and know. I've tried numerous times to speak with my mother for past 3days all, to no avail. They apparently only have one cordless phone for residents usage. In which is wrong. I've no knowledge of when she'll be removed from here neither. Administraton is non helpful as well. I've left numerous voicemails for intake management without response or return calls. Do not send your family members here. It's terrible.
Today was my first visit and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and friendliness of all the staff.
The staff is outstanding, professional and compassionate. Everyone has gone out of their way to make sure my auntie is comfortable and needs are met. Thank you so much!
My husband was a patient here with a spinal injury. The staff was amazing,they were very caring and any questions we had was taken seriously and taken care of!!! If you have a love one or know of anyone that needs care or therapy this is the place for them!!! Always clean and that to me is very important.
