The staff is amazing at this facility. They took amazing care of my family member, treated them like their own. Can’t recommend enough!
Facility is very understaffed to the point you’re held hostage to stay if no one shows up. Residents are being left soiled hours without being changed. Multiple residents itch with marks that something is either biting them or causing them to itch with nothing being done. Meal times and food itself rarely gets eaten because of the taste etc. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
The residents have to beg for 1 shower per week and many have a strange rash.
The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They answered my questions in detail. The facility is clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a facility to help with their family.
Of the past 21 years that Marshfield Care Center has cared for my severely handicapped son, The current administrative team is as caring and Professional as any I have encountered. I see the entire staff treating Family as if they were their very own professional as any I have encountered.
