My father resided at Cobblestone Crossings for an exended period, and passed away there about two and a half weeks ago: there is not a single employee, therapist, director, or other resident at Cobblestone whom he did not love and enjoy his time with during his stay, and he was always beyond overjoyed to finally be "back home at Cobblestone" (yes, he would say it exactly that way!) following any brief hospital stays away. I am so happy with the support and happiness that everyone at Cobblestone was able to bring into my father's life!
My mother was recently moved from one facility to Cobblestone. I could not be happier. She started in the rehab wing and was able to transition into the assisted living wing. That is one of the things I am happy about. She can stay in one facility for all stages of her care. The staff have been great. I have not encountered any staff member that I have not cared for. In fact they are all pleasant and kind. The food is very good, much better than her last facility. Over all, I am very pleased with Cobblestone Crossings and the care they provide. It is nice not to have worry about my mother, knowing that she is well cared for.
My family and I are incredibly grateful to Cobblestone Crossings Health Campus for the amazing care that my father has received from the therapy and nursing staff! I commend admissions staff (thank you, Alexis and Mia!) for going above and beyond to communicate with us and ensure a smooth move-in process; many thanks to nursing and therapy staff for great quality of care! My father has experienced many different nursing and rehabilitation facilities in multiple states, and the care that he has received from Cobblestone is by far superior with a great variety of activities, beautiful accommodations/setting along with staff who truly care about the residents, which is priceless and hard to find these days!!!
My father was admitted to the Cobblestone Crossings family for a short stay for some Therapy. The staff at Cobblestone were very welcoming and has taken my dad’s needs with the best care possible. The Therapy team has worked gently with him due to the severity of his injury. To say the staff is caring is an understatement they go above and beyond to make sure he is comfortable . We are thankful he is close to home to come visit the beautiful campus very often.
My grandmother recently admitted to Cobblestone and she absolutely loves it there. She loves attending all of the activities and the staff have been so kind and friendly. Thanks to Meredith in speech therapy she is able to communicate better and she has made lots of friends with other residents.
