My uncle is currently at Willows Post Acute following a very serious accident that left him unable to walk and take care of himself. From the moment he came through the door they have been treating him with compassion and dignity. The staff are knowledgeable about their resident and communicate with each department about their care so they can work together for a common goal. They have been dedicated to providing him personalized care, making him feel valued and heard. They pay attention to him as an individual with a specific discharge goal and have been working hard for him to meet that goal. My uncle is now walking and able to care for himself. My family is so thankful to them for making this journey the best it could possibly be. I can’t recommend Willows Post Acute highly enough! If you’re looking for quality care this is the place.

I've been treated so well. I'm younger and have been having physical therapy. The nurses and c.n.a.s are caring and compassionate. The facility is really good. I'm grateful for my recovery and physical therapy is great.

I tried to give 4.5 star but that didn't seem to be an option. My grandfather was recently discharged from Willows Post Acute after a 6 weeks stay. Overall we are very satisfied with his care. The staff was always very warm, kind and friendly. If we had a concern they were attentive and supportive. Courtney from social services was phenomenal in coordinating his discharge and helping us get grandpa home. We are forever grateful for all the great care provided! The only room for improvement would be the responsiveness of answering the call light and phone during the night.

The staff and management at this building are great. Clean, neat, professional, overall a great place! The employee's who work at this building really truly care about the patients care and well-being. The Social Service Director, Courtney, does a great job with communicating with the patients families regarding the treatment plan for the said individual. All around, I would highly recommend this building for anyone needing this sort of treatment facility.

My dad was here for a few months following a stroke. His care team were all so helpful and attentive, and his caseworker Courtney went above and beyond helping me get my dad transitioned to a facility closer to home. She was able to help me navigate thru a very difficult process, and kept me updated throughout the time he was there. My dad was taken care of very well when he was there, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
