Woonsocket Health Center is a wonderful, kind and caring facility. The staff are absolutely wonderful. I cannot express the great care and kindness my brother was always shown during his stay there. I would definitely recommend this facility for long term care to anyone. They are truly amazing people. The facility is always very clean and fresh. I never once had difficulty finding a staff member, they were always available, helpful and always friendly. I'm so thankful for all of them and the wonderful residents I met along the way.

I left a one star review because while entering this facility I seen a staff member named Nhadiah i believe thats the name i seen on the badge that day . She was very rude and gave me an attitude when I came to deliver a pizza, she was telling me rudely to just leave it if paid. Her attitude towards me was highly unacceptable . I know I was a delivery driver but that doesn’t mean people who think they are in a higher position can disrespect others from outside especially if I’m coming into a nursing home seeing the well being of other elderly people.

I would give zero stars if I could. It's my understanding, your facility is roach infested!!! It's very sad patients are exposed to this environment. I will follow through with health officials.

Nice rooms somewhat clean. Staff mostly are friendly but the food is absolutely atrocious. And I eat almost anything. And it is always cold. Portion sizes are smaller than frozen smart meal. Vegetables are freezer burnt. This is a current update... I was treated poorly and was lied to every day. Staff is disingenuous and I was forced out due to a severe migraine condition and not allowed to return. The best part is the bed and air conditioner In room. But otherwise STAY CLEAR.. there are plenty other rehab facilities in Woonsocket

The staff here always communicate with family. They are quick to send people out to a hospital if there are issues. Sure. Maybe there are better facilities but overall, I think Woonsocket Health Center is a good place to send a loved one. They do get the care they need !
