Our family’s experience with Altercare has been overall positive experience. The nursing and therapy staff are generally caring, attentive, and dedicated to residents’ well-being. They take the time to check in and answer questions, which gives peace of mind. I greatly appreciate. The facility is kept reasonably clean and organized, and the medical care provided has been reliable. We appreciate the therapy services offered, as they have helped support recovery and independence. Overall, Altercare provides a safe and supportive environment for residents, with staff who truly care.

Great staff! Everyone very friendly and helpful even if not on your floor. PT and OT push you but not beyond your limits. Only spending 2 weeks here but very impressed with the way I see all staff treat residents. You get an option of food if there’s something on the menu that you don’t like. There’s activities everyday and the ladies are always asking if you want to join. I’ve done bingo, pumpkin painting, and the reptile visit (which was fun). Can’t say enough about how amazing all the staff are!

My mother required rehabilitation and nursing home care after a brief illness. She came to Altercare Zanesville to receive that care, and it was the best decision of her life. My mother is always talking about how much she likes the friendliness of the staff, the facilities, and her interactions with other residents. Her health has improved greatly due to the care provided by Altercare. The staff at Altercare are terrific and have taken such great care of my mother. They keep me (and my family) informed of changes in her care, medications, and future doctors appointments, which saves me time as I do not live in the area. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff and their true concern for the people in their care. A truly outstanding group of people doing great things! I always enjoy coming to visit my mother because of their dedication! Great Job!

The Team at Altercare Zanesville has been great. From the initial phone conversations leading up to my grandmothers long term care, and even after a year later they continue to remain helpful, professional and kind. They always answer my questions and inform me when my grandmother’s care remains the same or changes. I don’t feel as if she is just another number, they have been very caring and attentive to her individual needs as much as they can. I’m very thankful for the experience I have had with them.

They are very nice people who takes time with everything you need. The diet lady came around to ask what all I like & don't like to eat. The therapy people takes there time with me because they know how much pains I'm going through. The housekeeping people 1st time came in my nose didn't like the cleaning smell so they done something different for me since my nose doesn't like certain smells SO THIS PLACE GETS ALL I REPEAT ALL 5 STARS FOR ME. I don't see nothing wrong with this place
