Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Description

CAREGIVER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist clients with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication
reminders, laundry, and companionship.
- Monitor and report the well-being of your clients to your supervisor, as well as other
medical professionals and family members.
- Complete Touching Hearts at home ongoing training courses to further your growth as a
Caregiver.
- Ensure highest client safety and well-being.

CAREGIVER REQUIREMENTS:
- Have a reliable vehicle.
- Possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Pass a background, motor vehicle, and reference check.
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds.
- Must receive flu shot annually.
- Must be Fully COVID vaccinated
CAREGIVER QUALIFICATIONS:
- CNA license or 3 years of professional experience
- Experience in the caregiver industry
- Passion to serve seniors and people with disabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem solve quickly
