We are looking for nurses that can help direct hospice care, and provide support, education, and symptom management during end of life care. You will work directly with the patient’s entire care team to ensure that each patient’s care is highly individualized and responsive to any changes in the patient’s condition. At Sun Tree Hospice of Colorado we are looking for clinicians that truly want to make a difference for our patient's and their families at this intimate and vulnerable time in their lives. We believe that fostering a healthy team environment allows our clinicians the space to care for patients with love and compassion. We have opportunities for RN Case managers, On Call RNs, and Part time employment.
