All qualified candidates must be able to do the following: · Provide an accurate schedule of your availability so we know when you are available to pick up hours and serve our clients regularly - let's get you hours!!! · Communicate effectively and regularly to Touching Hearts at Home office staff - we love touching base with our team - we are a true team! · Assist seniors and adults with activities of daily living (Bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, transferring, walking, climbing stairs, eating, shopping, cooking/meal preparation, PT and medication reminders, using the phone, light housekeeping, daily sanitization of living areas, laundry, and transportation. · Assistance with driving (in the client's car or your vehicle), accompaniment to doctors’ appointments · Must be compassionate, caring, empathetic and exceptional (have high expectations for yourself and your performance) · Attention to detail to notice changes in client health, appearance, and behavior · Provide personalized care according to the customized Care Plans · Assist clients to be safe, happy, and healthy in their home, nursing home, hospital, rehab center, hospice, or wherever it is that they call home! Competitive Pay & Benefits We offer competitive pay depending on experience and certifications, AND flexible scheduling based on the hours of availability that YOU decide! We have days, nights, weekdays, weekends, 6-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, 10-hour shifts 12-hour shifts, overnights, daytime, and holidays are available. Requirements of the position: 3 + years of demonstrated professional experience driver’s license, auto insurance, your own reliable transportation and a kind and patience heart All qualified candidates must complete a successful background check and drug test.
