Reminders If hired you will need to provide: • Copy of Driver's License • Copy of Social Security Card • Copy of First Aid/CPR Card • Copy of Car Insurance • TB Test • Current Physical • Pass a drug test • Be on the home care aide registry • Live Scan Fingerprints
