As a Home Health Registered Nurse - RN, and a part of our vivacious interdisciplinary team in Fresno, you will play an indispensable role in improving lives every day. While using your substantial skills to provide the best possible care to Home Health patients, you will also be empowering patients, and their families, to choose to remain safely in their homes.
Requirements include:
2-4 years Registered Nursing - RN Med/Sur or ER Experience (Home Health Experience a plus)
Current California Registered Nurse - RN License
Current CPR Card (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
#Current TB and Physical (within 1 year)
COVID vaccination or weekly testing
Compensation
$34 - $50/ hour
