Assisted Living Administrator

We’re Hiring! We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced Assisted Living Administrator to join our team and help lead the daily operations of our assisted living community. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is passionate about providing excellent care and creating a safe, welcoming environment for our residents. This position requires someone who can effectively manage staff, communicate with residents and families, maintain compliance, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the community. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the assisted living community Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care Lead, support, and supervise staff Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management Maintain compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies Communicate professionally with residents, families, employees, healthcare providers, and outside agencies Address resident and family concerns in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate records and documentation Monitor staffing, supplies, and facility needs Participate in inspections, audits, and quality-assurance activities Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace Respond to operational issues and emergencies as needed Qualifications Previous experience in assisted living, senior care, healthcare administration, or a related field Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of assisted living regulations and licensing requirements Compassionate and resident-focused approach Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff Administrator certification/license, if required by state regulations What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a dependable and caring leader who takes pride in creating a positive environment for both residents and employees.
