Update 8/2/24: We had a care plan meeting this morning with the administrator and medical supervisor team. The Administrator seems very compassionate and supportive. He handled himself with a calming demeanor and seemed sincere in wanting to resolve issues at hand. He voiced concern and resolution with respect and ended with a plan that I am hoping and trusting will improve things for my sister and myself. We left the meeting feeling we had been heard and our concerns were valid. That’s a plus! Update: 8/1/24 my sister has been in this facility for a month now and there hadn’t been any change in the care she should be receiving. I have to call this facility almost everyday to report the lack of care she is receiving. I’ve spoken with the DON, SS director the wound care specialist and have been told they are checking on things and will improve. DO NOT send your loved one here if they need any medical attention because they won’t get the care needed. !!! My family member has been in this facility less than a week and she is not getting the medical attention she needs. I’ve spoken with management numerous times and the lack of care continues. I would not recommend this facility to anyone who is sick and needs medical attention
My grandmother has been a resident in Memory Care here since July 2019, and has received better care than I could ever ask for. All of the staff are absolutely wonderful. Mary, Ashley, Nick, Travis, Tiffany, Lexi are just a few of the wonderful Nurses/CNA's who care for her. All of the administrative staff including: DeAnn, Bobby Sue, Amy, Shannon, have all been wonderful as well. They also do great family events at Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas. Family Nights and Much more
Just want to say thank you to the nurses, CNA's, and especially the Head of Nursing at Heritage Inn. I feel they are giving the best care possible to my husband who is now on hospice. They have shown care care, patience and professionalism in a difficult situation. God Bless
There are four handicap spaces and at least 10 free parking spaces at this location. The nursing home is in excellent shape and well organized. The people who work in this nursing home do care for their patients. There are 117 beds in this facility. You can also do rehab at this location. I think everyone who has an elderly relative will at one time have to think about going to an nursing home to live when their elderly relative is no longer able to take care of themselves. Overall, my family is quite satisfied with this nursing home.
My husband was a resident of Heritage Inn for a few weeks in the memory care unit. The care he received was fantastic. I can not say enough about Nic & Mary who not only were so good to him but showed so much compassion & care to me during this difficult time. All the staff I was in contact with went above & beyond. Thank you just isn't enough for this great group of people!
