My mother has been at Spalding Post Acute Nursing Home since May 2025, and we could not be more pleased with the care she receives. From day one, the staff has been incredibly attentive, compassionate, and responsive to both her needs and ours. They truly listen to the family and always take our requests and concerns seriously, which has brought us so much peace of mind during a difficult time. The nursing staff and CNAs and Ms. Nikki are always helpful, caring, and available to answer any questions we may have. Their dedication and kindness have made a world of difference for our family. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, with no unpleasant odors. They’re constantly updating and remodeling, showing they truly care about the comfort and dignity of their residents. My mother is kept clean, comfortable, and well-fed with delicious meals. Special thanks to Ms. Kim and Ms. Polly at the front desk—they are always kind, welcoming, and helpful when we visit. And we cannot say enough good things about Michelle Santangelo, the director—she is amazing. She’s accommodating, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our questions or help in any way she can. My mother is there for long-term care, and we feel so fortunate to have found a place like Spalding Post Acute. I would highly recommend Spalding Post Acute for your loved ones

The care team and even the cleaning crew that seen about my mom during her stay along with her social worker Jamilla Solomon were awesome!!! Glad to have met each and everyone there... Truly a garbage facility. They spend all their money on LOOKING good but treat their residents with no human decency. If you want your friends/family to be starved, ignored, and disrespected, then you found the right place. Regularly only getting 1 meal a day because they ignore medical dietary restrictions is unacceptable.
