TRABUCO HILLS POST ACUTE

I was pleased with the level of professionalism, attentiveness and care that we received for my 96 year old mother. The medical staff were helpful, compassionate and thoughtful! The administration staff was also helpful and flexible, which made a positive difference when dealing with challenges. Our overall experience was wonderful due to the friendly attitude that we experienced from Doctors, Nurses, CNA's, activity dept., social service and case management. Everyone went out of their way to ensure my mother's needs were addressed and that she felt comfortable. It's refreshing to discover that rehabilitation facilities like Trabuco Hills Post-Acute exist to provide the quality of care that is so needed during such challenging times. I would highly recommend this facility to those in need of special care!

My husband has been staying here, Trabuco Hills Post-Acute Rehab Nursing Care, since 10/5/2025 after being discharged from hospital. As a patient's wife, I sincerely appreciate all managing teams and staff members; not only directors in each dpts but also nurses, pcps, ot, pt, and all staffs are very kind, professional, well trained, and all the time to be ready to help a patient. Forthemore, the cleaning teams are very diligent, so facilities are clean. And its location is not near major fwy, so air quality and environment are much better than the others. So, I would like to leave my review of gratitude to all the members who are doing their best for the patients.

I had an outstanding experience at Trabuco hills. The staff was incredibly compassionate, professional, and attentive to my (or my loved one’s) needs during recovery. The facility was clean, well-organized, and provided excellent rehabilitation services. The nurses and therapists went above and beyond to ensure progress was made, and the personalized care plan made a huge difference. Communication with the medical team was clear, and I always felt well-informed. The staff at Trabuco Hills is super nice and attentive to their patients. I have had the pleasure of seeing firsthand how the nurses treat their patients. They show them compassion, dignity, and respect. It was heartwarming to see people, especially nurses, still care for others in that way. Thank you for all that you do! ❤️ Plus, on Friday the facility provides ice cream for all patients, their visiting families and staff, yay!

This is the kindest place that I have ever been to. the Aids and the nurses and everyone here couldn’t be any nicer, thoughtful for the patients and all built on love it’s just the nicest place. The bed is comfortable, the sheets are changed daily and It’s quiet at night. The staff who comes in at night to check on me are considerate. physical therapy that I have to be part of are all kind. Each one is nicer than the others and they take me on walks out in the gardens with the roses, the plant’s and the gazebo’s. I can’t tell you enough about it. It’s just 100% And you’ll be very fortunate to be able to afford to come here and stay while you recover.
