This is by far the worst rehabilitation center I ever encounter. The RN on Sunday morning duty i think her name is Paula was on social media while trying to take on setting up medications for the patients at the same time. Patients need taking care and this is not the place. I sat and waited after a hr has pass of pressing the emergency button for patient I walk up on RN interacting on social media with her phone and on computer at same time back and forth at front desk. NA get missing and when I confronted Rn she then jump up. After all that still another 20 minutes before someone come and change wet patient. Now I'm not done because if the patients is not well enough to feed themselves or if patients stop caring about eating the staff will drop off food tray and come back to pick it up with food not touch so your love ones will strave themselves til death and put it on the illness. I'm going to try take other major steps to get high command to get involved and the needs of cameras on the workers that's truly have to care on the wellbeing of the patients. This place will finish the job with killing the patents depending on the illness. I'm sure it's been alot of bed soars for pass and present patients. I would not take it this far if it's truly Overwhelmingly to see a facility not care for the patients and neglect the patients in a deadly way. So yes I'm crying out for help. Please let's stand together who is aware of how this facility run this care center. Speak out for the weak, sick and patients whose in the last stage of life. We be their voices. 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
I would never send a family member here again. Horrible communication and lack of care for their patients. I have so many complaints that I can’t write them all. The only positive thing I can say is my mother loved the occupational therapist. I would love to speak to the owners to share my frustrations about our experience. I literally had a nurse argue with me, telling me my mother had dementia. She then told me she was diagnosed with it while at the hospital, only to look in her computer and realize she was wrong. Then she said “ ohh it’s the lady she shares a room with that has dementia “.
I just wanted to give a big thank you to the people at Pinehurst Health and Rehab. I just got home from there and I feel so much better. I could not breathe hardly and could not walk no more than probably 20 feet. The people in the rehab part all of the. Therapist were great. The nurses were so good and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay there and actually hated to come home. Those ladies were wonderful. They knew just what they were doing and keep you with an active schedule every day. The diet was great. I stayed 18 days, when I got there, I went in in a wheelchair. I walked out thanks to the therapist and many prayers. I highly recommend this place, the nurses, the therapist, and even the room service was great. All of them were friendly and very helpful . There's not one thing I could say bad about this place and my stay, again I recommend it highly. Thanks for my stay and thanks for all the people that help me recover. A special thanks to Mrs. C Mike from Aberdeen NC AA++
I want to thank the staff at Pinehurst Health and rehab, for the care and love that they have extended to my mother in law. Because of you I have more peace of mind. Being a retired nurse, you know the ins and outs, the highs and the lows concerning care, but I know that you are a facility that genuinely cares. Thank you for every effort you make to operate in a spirit of excellence. The Myles Family……
My mom has been at Pinehurst Health and Rehab for 2 yrs. This was a hard transition from home but the people at this facility have treated my mama like family. Any issue I’ve ever had have been addressed. Mama’s birthday was this month and the staff went out of their way to dress mama up put on a little make up. The we had a party with our family and staff. Mama is much happier since moving here. She’s made friends and always has someone to talk to. I feel blessed to know she’s getting care she deserves and is safe and happy. Thank you all for being God’s hands extended.
